This document, developed over months with input from our staff and board as well as external stakeholders, reflects our priorities for the coming years. It is also meant to be dynamic; it gets us all on the same page currently but is also revisited each year as we reflect on our capacity, the needs of our community, and the landscape of outdoor education.
Our strategic priorities fall into the following categories:
Developing additional support structures for staff to create equitable, accessible work opportunities.
Fostering diverse, distributed leadership across the organization.
Increasing inclusivity of and access to all programs, including by developing additional programs and partnerships.
Serving as advocates in the community for accessible and inclusive outdoor education.
